Under Utah law, a patient seeking an abortion must obtain consent at least 24 hours pior to the procedure. Anyone under 18 years of age must attend this class with a parent or legal guardian.

Outside the Salt Lake area, Planned Parenthoods offer the class for $20.00, which we will deduct from our fee.
